If you don't remember your password, we recommend that you proactively reset your password: EdReady will email you a new password right away (at the email address you use to log into EdReady) and you will be able to use that to log in.
If you enter the wrong username and password combination, you will see an on-screen warning: You can only make 5 (five) incorrect login attempts before your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
Incorrect Login Warning: The email and password you entered do not match. You have x attempts left.
When you have no more attempts available, your account will be locked out for 30 minutes.
Account Locked Message: Your account has been locked for 30 minutes due to 5 incorrect login attempts. You will be able to try again when the time has elapsed.
If you see a that your account has been locked, you need to wait 30 minutes before you can attempt to log in again. EdReady staff cannot unlock your account. They also cannot see your actual password. You will need to wait 30 minutes, then reset your password.
