What Is SSO?
Some schools use EdReady with SSO (single sign-on) which means that you are authenticated into your EdReady account based on having logged into your school's website.
You are likely using SSO if you click on a link to EdReady in your school's website and you are taken immediately to your EdReady dashboard OR you are asked for the password to your school's website or student information system.
SSO accounts do not have a password. You should not attempt to reset your password, as this will make SSO login impossible. If you are having a login problem with an account that uses SSO, you need to contact your teacher or your school's technical support team.
Getting Help With SSO Login
This type of login originates with your school's website, and therefore the EdReady technical team is unable to troubleshoot directly. Your school's technical team can contact EdReady for help if they need troubleshooting assistance, but as a student or instructor using SSO, you would not have sufficient information to provide EdReady support with the necessary details.
The exception is if you have already attempted a password reset, and now you cannot use SSO properly. In this case, EdReady support can fix the password situation. Please use the "Submit a Ticket" link at the top of this screen to contact us.
We are always happy to help if we can, but in the case of SSO you will likely get better results by contacting your local support first. If you have any questions for EdReady support, please feel free to contact us.
