There is no way to reset or start over on a test in EdReady. Most people request this because they feel they could have done better. Some people ask for a reset because they hit "skip" on every question or did not take the test seriously.
The good news is that EdReady is not a high-stakes testing environment, it is a learning environment. So you simply move forward, study the materials, and prove your knowledge by taking the unit or topic tests.
If your concern is the first test you took, it is only a diagnostic test. It is not your final test and it is not determinative of your eventual score. It simply tells EdReady what you may already be skilled at so that those learning objectives can be removed from your study path.
If you feel you could have done better, simply take the unit and/or topic tests and you can demonstrate mastery there. Your overall score will continue to rise as you progress.
There are rare cases where we may be able to delete your account so you can start over. As you can imagine, this requires that you have done no other work in your EdReady account AND that we have permission from the appropriate authority at your school. If you feel this situation may apply to you, please use the "Help" button at the bottom of the screen to contact us.
