Contrast controls can help students with visual challenges. However, this is an experimental feature that does not work with all parts of EdReady. It may hinder your ability to see test questions.
Please do not turn on contrast controls as a way of emulating "dark mode". If you find something is not working correctly, turn contrast controls off. Refresh your screen or clear your cache, and try again.
You can turn contrast controls on and off two ways:
Option 1: Controls for the page or section you are on.
In the EdReady footer, you can show or hide display options. The actual controls will appear at the top of your screen when you click on "Show Display Options". They will disappear when you click on Hide Display Options".
Option 2: Controls for your entire account.
On the My Account page (link under your name at the top right of the screen), you can set contrast controls and other accessibility options that will affect your entire account. If you want to turn them off, you must go to the My Account page to do so.
