You should receive your account activation email very quickly after registration, depending on the speed of your internet connection. If 5 minutes have gone by and you have not yet received your email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Here are some other tips....
Other folders
If your email client "organizes" your emails automagically (Gmail does this!), you may find the activation email in a folder such as "updates" or "forums" or even "promos". You can do a search for "edready" and that may turn it up.
Typo in email address
The most common reason the email doesn’t get delivered at all is a typo (misspelling) in the email address. If you do not receive the activation email, try to register again and watch your spelling carefully. If the email address has already been registered, you will be alerted. If it has not, you will know that you misspelled it the first time. You can ignore the mistake and create your account with the correct email address.
Blocked domain
If you used a school email address and did not receive the activation email, check with your school's IT department. Some schools do not allow students to receive mail from email domains outside of the school. In that case, try signing up for EdReady with your personal email address or a temporary address generator, such as Mailinator.
