The Consolidated Student Scores report allows you to see student scores for a cohort of students, across many study paths, in one consolidated on-screen view.
Accessing the Report
To access the Consolidated Student Scores Report from the Reports Dashboard:
- Click on the Advanced Reports button
- If you don't see this button, you may not have permission to access it - ask your institution's EdReady Administrator to grant you the 'Advanced Reporting Access' Permission.
- Click the Consolidated Student Scores button
Report Filters
Report-level filters
You have the option to use the included report filters to easily limit the scopes/ goals available in this report: this is just the first step towards generating the report and will return a list of scopes/ goals you can choose from when you run the report.
If desired, indicate the Goals and/or Scopes you are interested in reporting on. You can also look for scopes or goals with selected Tags applied.
The Admin Users option is especially interesting: it allows you to select an individual and return the study paths that user has access to see.
You can select more than one option and study paths that match any of the selections will be returned.
Whether you have selected filters or not, click the Apply Filters button to generate a list of scopes & goals that match your filters.
Select Study Paths
A list of Study Paths (Scopes and Goals) will be listed that match your report filters. Select the checkbox in front of any study paths you'd like to include in the report, then click the Generate button.
Note: you can include up to 10 study paths in the report.
Consolidated Student Scores table
The Consolidated Student Scores report will display in a table on-screen: each student with data in any of the selected study paths will be listed in rows.
Across the top, you'll see the Scope Name listed in the top column header, with three columns under each scope: Goal Name, Initial Score, and Current Score. If the student has worked in that scope, their data for that scope will be listed in these columns.
You can type text into the Filter row to limit the data displayed and click on the column headers to sort the data alphabetically. and sort what is displayed on-screen.
Click the Email button (
) to have a copy of the report sent to you as an Excel file.
