Overview
Notifications allow you to easily unearth important behaviors and actions (or lack of actions!) by your students in EdReady. The Notifications functionality easily brings key actions to your attention without having to look in reports to find the information. EdReady Notifications proactively inform you of key student behaviors. You can choose which types of student activities trigger a notification by subscribing. Please note that notifications must be set up by site administrators before they are available to teachers and other reporting users.
Available Notifications

Test Attempt Message | Allows users to be alerted to unusual testing behavior, flagging students that have tested a specified amount of times for a topic. The Learn time is not considered for this alert. **This is the only alert that has a student-facing message |
Receiving Notifications for your Students
NOTE: an EdReady Administrator needs to set up Notifications for the study paths that will use these alerts. If you don't see a notification available, reach out to your local contact to let them know you want to use that notification with your students.
You first need to Subscribe to notifications you are interested in: once you subscribe, you will be alerted when a student triggers the associated event.
Subscribe to Notifications:
1. In the top header, visit the menu under your name: click the My Notifications link
2. Click on the Subscriptions tab. Click on the Study Path level tab. Click the Subscribe button to subscribe to the notification in that row.

How Students See Notifications
Students will only have access to see testing attempt notifications that are set up. This notification allows users to be alerted to unusual testing behavior, flagging students that have tested a specified amount of times for a topic. This is the only alert that has a student-facing message.
