The short answer is yes, however you cannot personally delete your own account. You can deactivate it, but that does not delete your data from our servers.
EdReady staff can delete accounts, but the steps vary depending on whether you are working on EdReady independently or as a student at a school or college.
Independent Study
Students using EdReady.org, our free, public-facing EdReady site, can request to have their own account deleted entirely. This action is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery process or "trash bin" for easy retrieval.
If you wish to have your account deleted, use the "Help" button at the bottom of any screen to contact our support team and make your request.
School/College EdReady Account
Because your data may be needed for grading or other school records, EdReady staff are not authorized to delete student data on demand. We must have permission from your school's EdReady administrator before we can delete your account. Use the "Help" button to contact EdReady staff, and we will tell you how to reach your EdReady administrator to get their permission.
